At DJT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your DJT account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
